Alternative Assets

Interest in alternative property investment assets has increased markedly since the property crash in 2008. Alternative property asset types include the following:

  • Residential Private Rented Sector (PRS)
  • Hotels or holiday lets
  • Pubs and other licensed premises
  • Sporting facilities
  • Healthcare and Care Homes

While these assets have proved popular with investors, understanding the dynamics and performance of these investments can be complex.

Our specialist alternative asset consultants have a detailed understanding of this market, together with the technical abilities to analyse and interpret financial trading data. We advise a range of clients, ensuring the right lending, acquisition or disposal decisions are made.
