In 2006 we originally sold this 30,000 sq ft building on behalf of the Pears Group and Unistar Properties to Rock Group Plc. The property was again acquired from Lloyds TSB Bank Plc on behalf of a local consortium. The property has since been converted into a mixed use scheme.
